Will grinding teeth at night damage dental implant?

Q.
I grind my teeth in my sleep. It has been put down to stress but it is hard relaxing after a hard day. I wear a mouthguard to protect my teeth, but would really like to get dental implants as they are not in the best of conditions. Would I be able to get dental implants considering I grind my teeth at night or would this possibly cause a problem?

How can dental implants help to secure dentures?

I have had my dentures for a short while now but they never feel like they are securely fitted. I have read that dental implants may be able to help them be more sturdy. I was hoping you could tell me how this is possible? Thank you.

I got a tooth extracted and a tooth implant put in on friday. It is a real pain if I tell the truth. When will the pain and swelling begin to fade away, and how long will it take me to get used to it in general?

X-ray said I could not get dental implant, but are there any alternatives?

I had an x-ray to see if an implant would be the right choice for me. However, it was found that there was a nerve close to the location where the implant would be placed, and that this may cause some kind of problems. I think it was something to do with a facial nerve or something? Would you be able to offer any advice on this? Is there any way I would be suitable for treatment?
