Q. any reprt on bone gaining around the neck or platform of the fixtur? for the lower anterior one stage or two stage fixture recomonded?
A. hi many thanks for your email, i dont quite understand the question, sometimes bone has been known to grow over the head of the implant, it is very rare as usually a small amount of recession does occur around this area.
Secondly if i was to place an implant in the lower anterior section my advice would be to place a 3mm – 3.5mm maximum diameter implant. i favour the astra 3mm implants.
