How much do implants cost and what is the process?

Q. I fell off my bike whilst doing some downhill mountain biking at the weekend and knocked out two teeth. I haven’t head anything done yet or even been to the dentist. I have heard that dental implants are the best solution, I do have some savings so should probably be able to afford them if they are not too expensive. could you give me some idea of the cost and the process, i.e. how long it takes, how many appointments etc. cheers,
A. Hi It is really difficult to give a definitive costing without an examination. The cost could range from £3000 to £4000 depending on the quality of implant, crown and if you require bone grafting. I would recommend an initial consultation to discuss your exact options and costing. The appointments would be 1. examination 2. implant placement and temporary denture 3. 2 to 3 months later abutment and crown fit
