I am 70 but still have a baby tooth which is now turning brown. If I have the tooth removed can an implant be fitted immediately?

Q. Although I am 70 years old I still have a baby tooth. Its going brown and I was thinking of an implant. Can I have the tooth out and have an imlant fitted at the same time or must I let it heal and then have it drilled.,
A. I would aim to place the implant at the same time to minimise the treatment, not all implant systems are suitable for this treatment so pick your implantologist carefully and see if they can do this for you.
