A. Hi I would recommend you concentrate on the basics first before learning more about implant dentistry. To have knowledge in implant dentistry, you have to have good understanding in prosthodontics, periodontics, and surgical dentistry. If you are interested in implants then there are many good books out there. After you complete your dental studies then you can go on postgraduate courses regarding implantology.
