I am still experiencing pain after tooth extractions and the placing of two implant holders. Is there something wrong?

Q. I am still experiencing continued pain after my first visit to a recognised Dr Dentist after some two weeks. He extracted 4 front teeth, put in two implant holders and assures me there is no infection. He was very rough with me, he did some for me before which were no problem. Haven\’t had more than 3 hours sleep per night due to the pain . Is this acceptable? I have been taking all sorts of antibiotics and pain killers. I just feel that something is wrong but he assures that is not the case. I have to give it time. Do I need a second opinion?,
A. I think a second opinion can be helpful, if you go to the right person
