I can’t afford dental implants but I wane them. Can you please help me?

Q. pls help me with my dental implant i have no work and cant afford but want to have that.thanks..,

A. I\’m afraid implant treatment can\’t be provided free as it isn\’t available on the NHS, you may have to try an alternative such as a denture?

Dentures are much cheaper and just as effective, give them a try.
