Q. Hello Dr Bohara, I received a dental implant at my local implant dentist but it failed. My dentist said there wasn\’t enough bone and he didn\’t realise how big the loss was. What do I do now? It\’s needed to replace a front tooth so I am very desperate. Thank you.,
A. Hi It is very difficult for me to recommend what to do without seeing the site and taking xrays to evaluate the bone. If there is not enough bone, then a possibility is bone graft. If you would like me to examine and suggest options, contact my recption on 01509 23 11 44.
