Q. Hi Dr Fahey I have a missing left upper incisor but the root is fine . Is dental implant best alternative then crown or bridge with someone with healthy tooth root? What are the hidden main disadvantages of having dental implants which are not mentioned anywhere . I would appreciate a considerate answer leaving the business side of the treatment aside . Thanks
A. I can’t really answer your question with out xrays and a full consultation as there are too many unmentioned parameters that need to be known before knowing the vans of treatment.
