Q. I have lost a front tooth{a crown}and my dentist has suggested a bridge using two of my own teeth on one side of the gap.Is this the best procedure?I am 75 yrs old.Iwould appreciate your views. Yours sincerely

A. I would avoid using the other teeth as drilling these down may cause problems. If you have the bone and are a suitable candidate then an implant might work well?
