I have receding gums due to over brushing, what should I do?

Q. Receding gums due to over brushing. One tooth front top and one spot between two front teeth are very visible and bothersome. Gum disease has never been a problem, and I floss regularly. Please advise on treatment .procedure and cost. Thanks
A. HAve a chat with your dentist or hygienist. They will be able to look at what’s happening in your mouth and give you advice on how to maintain your oral health and any appropriate tips on toothbrushing techniques. Thanks George Glover BDS MSc
