I`m considering going abroad for a single tooth implant, how many visits will I need to pay?

Q. Dear sir, I`m considering going abroad for a single tooth implant. Providing I had no problems to address beforehand, approximately how many visits might I need to pay in total.I ask as I need to weigh up the cost of flights etc,and potential savings.,
A. The number of visits to place and fully restore a dental implant can vary from person to person. You need to consider that the levels of training and quality of materials used can vary widely from country to country. You should also consider what would happen if you had a problem? As if you were to require an emergency appointment related to your implant with a dentist who did not carry out the treatment then this could be costly. Regards. George Glover BDS MSc
