I need a bone graft but im a student so money is an issue?

Q.
Hello, I have had to two front teeth removed some time ago due to a childhood injury with reoccuring infection meaning the dentist could not save the teeth. I have had an apexectomy some years ago and a cap fitted prior to that, but the infection kept coming back. I may need a bone graft, so would like a recommendation please on a good dental practice to do this. I was made redundant 2 years ago and am now a student so money is an issue. Can you recommend someone who is not overpriced and will accept a finance option. Can I get this done on the NHS as it has affected my confidence and ability to be my normal self.
Thank you
A.
hi, unfortunately you won’t be able to get this treatment on the NHS. I’m not sure where you live but if you’d like to contact my clinic Essex you might be a suitable candidate for my implant course where I teach other dentists techniques such as bone grafting. I would need to see you for a consultation and scan first, this will cost £185. I can then let you know what treatment you’ll require
