Q. I have two implants, one of which already has a bridge attached while the other still needs this to be done. I am looking to get braces but I am unsure whether I will be able to do so as I have implants? Would you be able to tell me whether this is possible?
A. hi many thanks, this does complicate matters as implants will not move under orthodontic forces but if the braces are to move teeth which the implants are not associated with it may be possible. although my information is vague my advice would be to seek the advice of a dentist local to you who has experiance in both implants and orthodontics. hope this is helpful.
