Q. Hi I had a ct scan last year and was told there was 2mm of bone in my upper gums I dont really want a bone graft is it still possible to have implants I dont mind a denture with implants where the plate is taken away. regards ,
A. If you only have 2mm of bone you\’ll need bone rebuilding whatever you put on top as you need a minimum height of 10-12mm. The bone rebuilding sometimes isn\’t nearly as bad as patients expect
