Is it true that if you have very little bone the only option is an implanted denture?

Q. is it true that if you have very little bone an implant supported bridge is out of question and only an implant supported denture is an option.,
A. Yes, to some extent. It is often easier to achieve excellent aesthetics with an implant retained denture if most of the bone has been lost at the front of the mouth. The bone could also be rebuilt if you really want fixed teeth.
