Q. How old must you be to be able to get a dental implant. I mean, is there an age limit for the treatment? My son of 14 has had porblms with his teeth but I guess he is still growing so it many not be the best idea to get dental implants for him yet?

This is a very difficult subject. For teenagers it’s important that they have stopped growing as obviously the jaw grows the same as other bones in the body. Everyone develops at different rates so it really depends on family history etc.
