Is there any way to have dental implant treatment on the NHS?

Q.
I had a stroke 16 years ago and lost the use of my arm.As a result I now do everything using my good arm and my teeth.Because of this,my teeth have all began to break and loosen.Would I qualify to have implants done on the N.H.S as a medical emergency as my quality? of life will be drastically reduced without the use of my teeth and would implants be strong enough.I currently have 5 teeth veneered but they keep breaking.I have 2 teeth missing already and another 4 that are possibly going to have to be removed.Would I just need to replace the missing ones or would I be better off having all my teeth removed and full implants ?.I am 46 years of age.

Hi, sorry to hear of your problems, its probably worth mentioning to your dentist to see if they could arrange a referral on the NHS to the local oral surgery department. They might be able to help but its quite tricky getting implants on the NHS.
