Is there anything I can do about my infected molar?

Q.
Hi I am having problems with my FIRST MOLARS tooth. Last year has been swollen and I treat with Amoxicillin. But I got worst this year, last month swollen 2 times and I managed with Amoxicillin to get well again. My dentist offered me to take off but I didn’t want to give up and I wanted to hold on with my teeth. 3 days ago again swollen exactly same tooth and I am back to Amoxicillin. All this time pain was awful. I can not cope with pain anymore and antibotis I had ate to much because of that tooth. History of that tooth: (This my FIRST MOLARS tooth has been feeled with metal 11 years ago in Germany, but wasn’t feeled good so forced me to repaired again 10 years ago in UK but this time Dentist screw the top to rut of tooth. That tooth worked couple years for me but it swollen badly 6 years ago and dentist did clean my tooth, got the shape my tooth, ordered it and once he got it he glue it that plastic tooth on my tooth) Last month swollen two time and again that tooth in my mount is swollen. My dentist says; “On bottom of your tooth got infection. What ever we would do it will stay 20% infection there. That tooth is not treatable because it sit’s on nerve. If it was in other place I would prefer you to hospital to remove that infection by sergury. Unfortunatly, that tooth is ban to plant in UK too”. I am middle age and I don’t want to stay without tooth. But things gets worst. What do you suggest as a dentist?
A.
if the tooth can not be re-root canal treated and restored then unfortunately it will have to be extracted.
