My daughter is too young for an implant yet, but I am worried the bone level will decrease and implants won’t be possible. What can be done?

Q. My daughter is not old enough for implants yet but will be in a could of years. She has had bad teeth since I can remember and I feel very badly for her. She is currently missing two teeth but I am worried that the bone volume will go as time goes by and the possibility of implants may decrease. What can be done to ensure the bone remains in good shape?,
A. it is very disfficult to save the bone without stimulating it with a dental implant i would advise an adhesive bridge instead of a denture to stop direct contact with the ridge i hope this has been helpful dr soni
