My son13 knock out his front teeth in a bike accident

Q. Hello,
hope you can help
My son13 knock out his front teeth in a bike accident 7 month ago. His teeth was implanted . I would like to know what chance does he have to keep the teeth and if he is going to lose the teeth later what solution is there for him? Is the Maryland bridge a possibility till he could have a proper implant?
many thanks for your time doctor,
A. Hello, sorry to hear about your situation, I hope your son is alright.
Its difficult to say as the tooth can stay in place for years. If its loose it might be better to have it removed and a maryland bridge fitted with a view to an implant aged 19-20 as he may be a little too young for such a treatment at this time. Maintain regular check-ups with your dentist to keep a close observation on the teeth.
Hope that helps
