Q. Hi, I had a crown fitted on the tooth next to a front tooth permanently today however, I can feel a large bump with my tongue on the backof it. I told the dentist and he said it was just the thickness of the crown and there was nothing to be done about it. Is this normal.,
A. It will probably be a case of getting used to a different shape at the back of the crown so give it a few weeks to settle down.
