Are there any cheaper options to get implants as quotation is too much?

My friends mum had some work done on her teeth in the past and its completely ruined them she is in pain but she is to embaressed to see someone, she has been told to sort them out will cost £31,000 but she can’t afford it. She is really depressed about them and my friend really wants to help her. Is there a cheaper option to get implants, or even will she be able to claim compensation for what she had done in the past? Are any of the firms advertising cheap UK implants any good?

I HAVE JUST HAD A TOOTH REMOVED AFTER 5 MONTHS OF ABSESSES AND CANCELLED NHS DENTAL APPOINTMENTS. DURING THE 3 TREATMENTS FOR ROOT CANALS THE DENTIST CHIPPED MY FRONT TOOTH WITH THE DRILL (WHICH I HAVE HAD TO HAVE FILLED) AFTER HAVING THE ABCESSED TOOTH REMOVED i HAVE NOW NOTICED THE ONE NEXT TO IT IS CRACKED WHICH I DONT THINK IT WAS BEFORE AND I AM STARTING TO GET HEADACHES AGAIN. A FRIEND OF MINE SAID SHE HAD DENTAL IMPLANTS FREE AT A SHEFFIELD HOSPITAL A FEW YEARS AGO AS SHE IS SCARED OF THE DENTIST. i TOO AM SCARED OF RETURNING TO MY DENTIST AS THE MORE I GO THE MORE I NEED DOING. I DIDNT USED TO BE SCARED OF THE DENTIST MY PREVIOUS DENTIST HAD BEEN THERE FOR 15 YEARS BEFORE IT GOT TOOK OVER. I WAS CONSIDERING AN IMPLANT BUT NOW AFTER ANOTHER CRACKED TOOTH I THINK I WILL NEED TWO.ARE ANY OF THE FIRMS ADVERTISING CHEAP UK IMPLANTS ANY GOOD? I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY ADVICE YOU COULD GIVE ME. Dentist said he is not replacing Maryland bridge and offer crown. Please advise?

I’ve had Maryland bridge on two upper tooth for seven years, one of wings came apart after one week, I wish it would stay cemented for longer period. My new dentist told me that he is not repairing Maryland bridges and offered me crowns. The teeth on either side of the gap which need to be trimmed are in good condition, so I do not want them to be trimmed. I wanted to find out if there is any possibility of recementing of bridge? Thank you.,

Can I get financial help for teeth that are in bad state?

Hello. I have a problem and need advice and help. Through years of neglect (sweets, sugary drinks etc) and lack of brushing, i have had to have teeth removed and fillings done. I completely admit this is my fault and sadly, now i am grown up, i am suffering the consequences. I have 4 missing on my bottom row and 2 missing from my top row. My two front teeth have fillings. Another reason for these problems is a fear of dentists, so i’ve not seeked help when younger. I appreciate this may also cost a lot and wonder if there is any financial help available. Would mild lupus have any effect on dental implants?

My crowns are turning grey at the top, why is this?
