I’m considering dental implants, any advice?

Over 20 years ago I was involved in an RTA and as a result I lost four upper front. Some bone may be aswell. I am now considering implants, not a bridge. I would be grateful for any advice you could give me as to what is the best treatment, physician to do the implants, I live in the Leeds area but that is irrelevant because I would be happy to travel. I’m too embarrassed to see my dentist about my dead tooth, what should I do?

I\’ve got a dead tooth in my mouth and i don\’t want to see my dentist about it i\’m too embarrassed, if i went to a private dentist would they be able to extract it and replace it with an implant?? what do you suggest? thanks,
