Q. I have had a professional gum shield made by my dentist which I collected 2 days ago, it is really uncomfortable to wear and is rubbing on my gums which now feel bruised…is this normal? I also have a crown on my front tooth which I am worried about it loosening.,
A. it probably needs trimming go back to your dentist
