I have reduced bone and receding gums. Can I get implants?

i have crown work on my upper front four after a accident when young. therefore i have reduced bone in upper jaw. i am now 35 and findin myself unhappy with loose crown. i have receedin gum from smoking which now i have been stoped for over a year. i would like to know is it still possible i could still have implants that could sucessfully fitted and finally as i live in the isle of man is there a clinic in the north west which has a high standard of work for my money? regards ,

Would an implant be the best option to replace what is left of diseased tooth?

My son had a top front tooth damaged in an accident at age 18. He lost about half of it and it was crowned. He is now 23 and the crown is disintegrating. He has been told the tooth is now diseased and will eventually fall out. Should he go for a dental implant immediately to save futher damage and how much is one likely to cost?,

Professional gum shield I just got is rubbing on gums. Is this normal?

I have had a professional gum shield made by my dentist which I collected 2 days ago, it is really uncomfortable to wear and is rubbing on my gums which now feel bruised…is this normal? I also have a crown on my front tooth which I am worried about it loosening.,

Is back tooth worth saving? Should I get implants or crowns?
