Can I get implants on the NHS?

I would like to ascertain if people are eligible for implant on NHS or subsidised somewhat as an NHS patient ? I have just been advised by my dentist that due to the fact my root canal treatment has failed then an implant is the best option. I am very concerned at the potential costs, i am also concerned that my dentist has advised the bone in my jaw has shrank significantly and will continue to do so which will eventually cause problems with my remaining teeth !,

I need a double sinus lift, bridge and 8 implants, would £16,000 cover this?

At 61 years of age, my upper teeth are absent. I need a double sinus lift along with a fixed bridge anchored to dental implants (8 implants) is the best permanent solution. I have been assessed by the Dental hospital and three separate Implant Dentists. I have £16,00.00 will this be sufficient? Prices vary enormously across the UK market…,

I fell off my bike whilst doing some downhill mountain biking at the weekend and knocked out two teeth. I haven’t head anything done yet or even been to the dentist. I have heard that dental implants are the best solution, I do have some savings so should probably be able to afford them if they are not too expensive. could you give me some idea of the cost and the process, i.e. how long it takes, how many appointments etc. cheers,

Would it be cheaper if I were to get dental implants on both sides of my mouth?

I have had two back teeth taken out recently and dont think I could cope with a removable appliance but can not afford the £5,000 for the implant as I have the same problem on the opposite side of my mouth where I need to have two back teeth removed and that would mean another £5,00. Is is possible to have one impalnt on each side as this would make it cheaper for me. thanks,
