What is your opinion on Bicon implants? Can you advise on my case?

January 9th, 2012
Q.
i have had 4 front teeth on a plate for 27 yrs and now have a failing crown and have been to 2 dentists for an assesment. 1st one said im not suitable for implants as i need 4 surgeries and he cant gaurantee its success (he didnt even take an xray) the 2nd one has said i dont need grafting as he uses bicon short implants. i need 6 teeth and he says i need 6 implants – is this right? and do bicon short implants usually do away with grafting? and finally the 2nd dentist did take several xrays/photos but says i dont need a ct scan, but ive read sevaral times that i should have one – is this true?,

After shattering her teeth my daughter was given a plate but dislikes it. Can she not have anything else until her teeth stop developing?

September 19th, 2011
Q.
My 12 year daughter shattered her front tooth in a bike accident in july. The nerve was removed and a small piece of the tooth remains. She has been given a plate by the dental hospital but it is very uncomfortable for her not to mention really obvious. They have advised that she cant have anything permanent untill she stops growing. Is there really nothing that can be done? She is becoming a teenager and I worry it will affect her confidence. I am willing to pay for private treatment. Please advise, Many thanks.,

Is there a dental plant that I can pay in to for implants, to replace my uncomfortable plate?

September 18th, 2011
Q.
Hello, i had a capped tooth for 28 years until the other day when it fell out, i had to have what was left removed (mainly root).I now have a plate which has my front tooth and one that i had removed from the back a few years ago on it which im am not liking at all although many people tell me i will get used it im not so sure.I do feel that it affects the taste buds as the plate covers the top of my mouth. I want to know if there is a dental plan that i can pay imto to have an implant for the front tooth only.,
