I suffer from type 1 diabetes but would like implants, is this possible?

Hello,
I have type 1 diabetes and I am finding eating increasingly difficult. I am currently unemployed and am NHS registered. I have 18 teeth left I have read so much about implants and it looks like they would be the best way forward but there is now way I would be able to afford this treatment. What can I do? In my situation would I be able to get this treatment on the NHS? Please help. Many Thanks.,

My implants keep failing. What does this mean and what can be done?

I got dental implants on the top of my mouth 2.5 years ago. Thats how long I have been going through this. I have had 1 fail after another. Right now I think I have 2 failing. Should I keep going through this pain if they are going to keep failing? I just don’t understand why I am having so much trouble. And my dentist says he doesn’t understand either, what does that mean?,

Would it be a good idea for my 78-year old mother to go ahead with dental implants?

Hello, this is a question for my 78 year old mother. She\’s had dentures in since she was very young and had several replacements throughout her life. She is looking for a more permanent solution but is frightened that her age and fragility is going to get in the way of treatment. She also has type 2 diabetes and anaemia. What do you think Dr?
