Can mini implants help keep my lower dentures in place?

Hi my dentist has mentioned mini implants to hold my full set of dentures in place (the bottom set fall out constantly!) but he is unsure about if they can help, what do you think? can they help? i don\’t fancy those proper dental implants might cause an old lady like me far too much pain,

What is your opinion on mini dental implants?

Hello i have a full set of dentures in, the bottom set are fine but the top keep falling out and it\’s very embarrassing, i don\’t fancy the dental implants because i\’m not keen on surgery but i\’ve heard about mini implants which are more suited to me i think, what do you think? what is your opinion on mini implants? do they have a high success rate?,

My husband wants to replace his dentures with implants, what do you suggest?

Hi Dr Moore My husband has just had to have his teeth removed and has been given a top denture, however, he hates it and wants to have implants. The dentist has advised that for him to have implants for his top and bottom jaws will cost £30,000. I am shocked as I see lots of different prices online and I have implants myself that did not cost that. We have also had a quote from another dentist for mini implants top and bottom of £5,000 using bicon implants. Would this option be useful for him? Thanks so much for your advice. Anne,

What is the best time to re-implant after failed mini-implants?

What is your view on mini implants?

Hello i have a full set of bottom dentures,which i hate, i am forever using cream just to keep then in!! i would like to have Fixed/Detachable Restorations, is this possible to have for bottom jaw? what is Procedure and how long would it take and the cost. Also i dont think i would like the full implants, not sure if i have enough bone for that. what is your view on the mini implants.
