Hello, Is it possible to switch from a full upper arch removable denture over 6 implants to permanent fixed teeth on the same implants? Are there any disadvantages to having fixed teeth eg the effect on maintaining good hygiene and the possibility of infection if they are a permanent fixture as opposed to being able to remove the denture for proper cleaning?
