What is the average length of time an implant would last?

Q. I currently have a denture for my front teeth. I had to go via the denture route, as when one fell out (accident with a wall) as my teeth are protruding it would have meant being unable to have a brace fitted. 19 years later, I still have protruding teeth as well as the denture… It is possible to a few teeth removed and replaced with implants in order to achieve a nice smile? If so what is the average length an implant would last? Thanks in advance,
