What is the best option to replace snapped front tooth crown?

Q. My two front teeth have both got crowns fitted on to my original teeth, but one of these teeth have snapped. can you please tell me the best option to replace it with a permanent fixing. I also had a crown fitted with a pin in on the tooth at the side of the crown still in, but this tooth only stayed in for two weeks. I also would like to know if it would be better to replace one tooth or all three.,
A. It sounds like you might be better to replace all the failing teeth, perhaps dental implants would be the best long-term option. Have a search for a dentist local to you who does dental implants
