  2 weeks ago i had crowns put on the upper two front teeth. since then they have come off twice and i am now beginning to think the dentist filed away too much of the original tooth for the cement to hold. originally i had just slightly ground down teeth and now i am left with just stumps! what are my options? should the dentist now provide complete implants free of charge?
