Q. Hi I have a crown on one of my font teeth which I had problems with in December in that the tooth underneath snapped off. So my dentist gave me a new crown with a post. However this doesnt seem to be that strong and came out. Even though it has now been cemented back on I think I need an alternative and I am seriously thinking of an implant. Can you give me an idea of the cost?,
