Hi Dr. Moore. I had my teeth removed a number of years ago, and have been wearing dentures ever since. I find these incredibly uncomfortable and have been looking at the different options available for a more stable replacement. I am torn between All-On-4 and implants for dentures. Which, in your opinion, is the best choice for me? Thank you for your time, any help you can give me would be much appreciated.

Thank you for your question. As a guide, if you have enough bone, fixed teeth are always better for the patient. However, all cases are different and require an appropriate treatment plan. I would seek out an experienced implant dentist who can give you a full assessment to talk through all the possible options.
