A. i think that you have been perscribed an overdentaure supported by two dental implants. you can have a fixed option but this will require more dental implants i use 6 to 8 dental implants to secure a fixed bridge we can sometimes provide same day teeth but this usaually depends on initial implant stability you will need an initial consultation to asess the bone quantity and quality please contact me again for further information
