Q. Hi I have one tooth that is still a child tooth that never fell out. Apparently there is no replacement adult tooth behind it to replace it when it does fall out and according to the dentist it will fall out at some stage. Would an implant be the best method to fix the problem and would I have to get this done privately? Thanks,
A. Definately, and maybe! You can try a local teaching hospital. As the defect is congenital they my fund you.
