Would gum graft fix recession, which was caused by gum disease?

Q. I have some recession (2/3mm) on one of my canine teeth. It doesn\’t notice when I smile but I am aware of it… How much would it cost to have a gum graft on this tooth? Or are there any alternatives? By the way the recession was due to gum disease which I have now had treatment for and my gums are much healthier. I\’m 27 years old.,
A. You would need to visit a dentist who has an interest in treating aesthetic cases. They would be able to give you an indication of prices and the procedure involved.
