Q. I am looking at a lower jaw dental implant with denture instead of my existing conventional full denture. Currently I have to use lots of fixative and I take my lower set out at night. Will I avoid both if I opt for implants,
A. Yes but you may still need to remove the denture at night for hygiene reasons. You could keep the denture in place if you’re oral hygiene is meticulous.
