Would implants or a bridge be best for bone loss and gap on left lower position 35 & 45?

Q. I have bone loss and gap on left lower position 35 & 45.If The specialiat recommended bone graft but instead of implant would be better with bridge as this would be better to keep clean. I would have a gap with the implant and would see metal bits. Could you please advise.,
A. If you want implants then this is usually possible. Whether it is sensible is a different question. Do you already have crowns on the adjacent teeth? I would prefer implants usually myself if the adjacent teeth are not already crowned.
