My bone isn’t strong enough for implants. What to do?

Q. my teeth have fallen out due to gum disease and i\’ve been told that my bone underneath isn\’t strong enough to hold implants 🙁 what can i do? i\’m only in my 40\’s!,
A. You may need a scan to check if its possible to rebuild the bone as it is often possible to use either artificial bone for small defects bone from the mouth for larger defects or bone from the hip for reconstructions
