I have reduced bone and receding gums. Can I get implants?

i have crown work on my upper front four after a accident when young. therefore i have reduced bone in upper jaw. i am now 35 and findin myself unhappy with loose crown. i have receedin gum from smoking which now i have been stoped for over a year. i would like to know is it still possible i could still have implants that could sucessfully fitted and finally as i live in the isle of man is there a clinic in the north west which has a high standard of work for my money? regards ,

Would the NHS fund implants in my circumstances?

8 years I got attacked which left me with no from teeth, i now wear a denture i’m now 33. over the years the denture has rubbed and wore and way some of my other teeth, I currenlty have 5 on my plate(origanlly it was 3) and now it has started to wear away another one of my teeth, i am scared my the time i am in my 40′s i will have no upper teeth of my own. I am currently on income support. and i am wondering if implants are avaliable on the NHS, as i have read that in some cases you can have them. Thanks,

What material will be used to fill top lip where gum is missing?

I,ve just had 5 implants in my upper jaw 3 days ago..ouch!! before that I was wearing a denture for 4 years due to gum deciese, which meant i had a lot off bone loss and shrunken gums, my dentist said i ad enough bone though…. and will be ready for the bridge in 2 months, My concirn is the lack of gum i have under my top lip and what material will be used to fill it out?,

What is your opinion on Bicon implants? Can you advise on my case?

i have had 4 front teeth on a plate for 27 yrs and now have a failing crown and have been to 2 dentists for an assesment. 1st one said im not suitable for implants as i need 4 surgeries and he cant gaurantee its success (he didnt even take an xray) the 2nd one has said i dont need grafting as he uses bicon short implants. i need 6 teeth and he says i need 6 implants – is this right? and do bicon short implants usually do away with grafting? and finally the 2nd dentist did take several xrays/photos but says i dont need a ct scan, but ive read sevaral times that i should have one – is this true?,
