Dentist says root has fractured. Can you recommend correct procedure?

My son is nearly 14 and had a porcelain tooth built on a rod following root canal surgery (front bottom tooth). Today it came away and the dentist says it is the root that has fractured and that it now must come out. Can you recommend what we should do next please,

Hi i will get to the point my tooth has cracked and the pain is getting beyond a joke i don\’t currently work as i am a plasterer and this time of year it is always slow for work and don\’t clam benefits. Hi Dr.Moore, My teeth are in terrible condition with me already having a top set dental plate and with the very few teeth i have left in the bottom and my confidence is taking a beating as i notice people now stare at my mouth when i talk.I watched a health show where a patient had a bottom plate inserted which was then screwed in to place i wanted to know what this was and should i go for this and how much it usually costs, Thanks,
