Q. Hello Dr Fahey can you tell me some more about something i have just read about in minimal that is ‘all in 4’ something to do with needing less implants because of the way they are implanted. do you have any mkore info please and maybe where this is offered?
A. We offer it! It is best done via guided surgery, using info from a CT scan. It involves placing 4 dental implants in optimal positions and a temporary bridge at the same appointment. This is converted to a definitive restoration at a later date.
