Is there any way I can receive an implant and crown on the same day?

Q. I went to the dentist last week about my root canal check up and they said my tooth has to be removed. I\’m very upset about this because this tooth is visible when I smile. Is there ANY way that I can receive an implant and a new crown within the same day? I don\’t want to wait 6 months, my job involves communicating with people and a lot of smiling!,
