Sir,
My husband had an accident and lost his single tooth 20 years back. 15 years back he had a dental implant with a screw. Now it’s been spoiled. He had an habbit of smoking and drinking. Which method do you suggest.
whcih method is suggestable for single teeth implant? screw form of implant or drafting directly into the bone. what are the advantages and disadvantages in these both methods, will the bone deteriarate over time considering the smoke, drink and previous implant? What are the new techniques in single teeth implementation. Please advise single tooth implantation.

Does a dental implant require any special cleaning?

When you get an implant does it require any special cleaning like you would with a denture or something? Or do you treat it as you would normally a real tooth?,
