My implant post keeps breaking and falling out, what could be the cause?

Q.
I had a dental implant approx 2 years ago. After approx 1 year the implant post broke and the implant fell out. My dentist managed to remove the remaining post from my jaw and replaced it with a new post. The same thing has happened again 2 years on so am going back on Monday to see if they can replace it again. Why would this keep happeniing. Thanks,

Will my implants fall out if i have gum disease?

I\’ve just found out that I have a gum disease which means all my teeth h ave to be extracted =( will teeth implants be okay to have? or will they fall out due to the disease? Thanks for any help,
