What should I do as dental crown keeps falling out?

Hello Dr Bohara, I am writing to you today as I haev a dental crown and have had so for a few years. The problem is that it has fallen otu twice and I have had to get it put back in. Hey presto it has happened again. What should I do? Should I pay to get it put back in again or just go for something else? More to the point why does this keep happening? Is it my dentists error or my own?

Should I go for an implant or crown?

Hello Dr Moore, would you always prescribe a dental implant over other treatment like crowns? My dentist has said I can have either but I am thinking about the cheaper option in crowns? Would you say it was better in the long run to get implants?

What is your view on mini implants?

Hello i have a full set of bottom dentures,which i hate, i am forever using cream just to keep then in!! i would like to have Fixed/Detachable Restorations, is this possible to have for bottom jaw? what is Procedure and how long would it take and the cost. Also i dont think i would like the full implants, not sure if i have enough bone for that. what is your view on the mini implants. How long before gum disease is under control so I can get implants?

Can I re-use bridge or will I need to get implants?

I have a 6 tooth bridge which 3 teeth hold, the bridge is 19 years old unfortunately one of the teethholding the bridge has started to hurt and my dentist thinks it has started to crumble. If I did consider implants would I have to have all the teeth holding the bridge replaced. And could I use the existing bridge on the new implants. If not what would the price be to have 3 implants and a new 6 bridge ?
