What is your view on mini implants?
Q. Hello i have a full set of bottom dentures, which i hate, i am forever using cream just to keep then in!! i would like to have Fixed/Detachable Restorations, is this possible to have for bottom jaw? what is Procedure and how long would it take and the cost. Also i dont think i would like the full implants, not sure if i have enough bone for that. what is your view on the mini implants. Thank you, i look forward from hearing from you soon. thank you for your time
A. Hi laura
Mini implants are not as reliable as normal implants which I would personally recommend. you could have a scan 1st to see if you have enough bone. we charge around £3000 for 2 implants and a full denture held in with special clips that anchor the palte during eating and talking. If you’d like me to take a look please feel free to contact me at my clinic in Essex
regards andrew
